These Terms of Service explain how you may use EUforYa ("Service"). The Service is operated by Netizer Krzysztof Herod, registered in Poland ("we", "us", "our").
The Service is intended for EU citizens and residents who want to follow EU public activity. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You sign up with your name and email address. We send a login link to your email address, so you must keep access to that email. You are responsible for any activity that happens through links sent to your email.
Acceptable use
Please use the Service in a respectful way. You must not attempt to damage, overload, or reverse engineer the Service, or use it for unlawful, abusive, or misleading activity.
Content
If you post content, you remain the owner of your content, but you give us a license to show it on the Service and to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you post.
Changes and availability
We may update the Service or these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. The Service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service in the past 12 months, which may be zero.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. EU consumer protection rules also apply when relevant.
