Don't be smug when you do the same yourself! Yesterday I had a great time. An edited photo of Mikuláš Minář from the lobbyist association Milion chvilek pro(ti) demokracii, of course, also reached me several times. I don't like this cheap way of fighting. We fight with arguments, not fakes. But the mainstream's reaction surprised me a lot. Everyone was chanting for their leader, sorry, the chairman. Even ČT24 broadcasted about it, and even the police started to deal with it. It's a pity they weren't more active when there was systematic harassment of uncomfortable politicians, theft of license plates, harassment of family members, inventions about some mysterious meetings that lack any real basis… The photo was the least they used against us. I have encountered countless edited photos of them in the last year. Professionally edited by AI. They even created fake profiles for our candidates in the elections, from which they then communicated with people. And the supporters of the great (or small?) Minář, at best, laughed at it, at worst applauded and shared it. And the media? They stayed silent. 🤫 Or they even added to it to underline the prejudiced hatred (greetings to the editorial office of Novinky/Práva)! No, I'm not happy that the internet is flooded with fake photos and messages. But Minář and his faithful have now just tasted their own medicine. And that the deputy minister should be dismissed because of this? You are laughable when you couldn't, dear Milion chvilek, call for the dismissal of the minister of the 10‑meter STAN of Rakušan. There were much worse offenses than a single fake photo shared on the profile. There was corruption, mafia, organized crime, and eventually even dead people. But I understand that this is beyond the discriminating ability of the great‑small Napoleon of Minář… And a good piece of advice at the end? Do not do to others what you do not want for yourself!
