A currency that will not have a physical form and will (for now) exist parallel to the normal currency, which we can choose in cash form. The digital euro will enable totalitarianism that dictators only dreamed of in the past. Owners of money in the central bank will forever keep every data and will know exactly which euros each person owned at what time and how they used them. ⚠️ The worst part is that they will be able to freeze your money at any time, shut it down or restrict its use, as proposed by the World Economic Forum.
