We went to find out where they plan to draw millions of litres of water for the battery plant. Today, as every Tuesday, we visited Šurany and also checked the state of water flows. The concerns of local residents are justified. When it is dry, there isn’t enough water even for locals, let alone for the gigantic Chinese battery plant. The government, but especially those who got into parliament with the water issue, are indifferent to people and only care about their own pockets!
