Meeting with 🇱🇻 Latvian Prime Minister Andris Kulbergs at the Ukraine Reconstruction Conference #URC26, we discussed further support for Ukraine. ✅️ Today 🇺🇦 receives €3.2 billion from the European Commission. We also discuss what is being done in Latvia and the EU to strengthen security in Europe and its Eastern border.
