🔴 ASLA is providing its support to Marion Maréchal in her lawsuit against IESH, an Islamist school dissolved by the State in 2025. For years, Marion Maréchal has warned about Islamism in France and one of her main allies, the European Institute of Human Sciences (Institut Européen des Sciences Humaines) of Château-Chinon, a training center linked to the Muslim Brotherhood movement in France and Europe. ➡️ In 2024, she launched with local elected official Pascal Lepetit during the European elections campaign several alerts and investigations on this structure, denouncing: its links with UOIF (now Musulmans de France) and the Muslim Brotherhood, its foreign funding, and its role in spreading political Islam. ⚖️ Even though IESH has since been dissolved by the State for Islamism, Marion Maréchal and Pascal Lepetit were convicted of defamation at first instance for simply alerting everyone about the hidden side of this Islamist school. The appellate deliberation will be rendered on July 15 and they risk several thousand euros in fines. ➡️ This case is emblematic of the “judicial jihad” used against those who denounce Islamism and Brotherhood infiltration in France. ASLA has already been providing legal and financial support to Pascal Lepetit in this procedure.
