Brussels (fortunately and for now) does not deal with that, the Commission has no right to do so. But that does not mean that, for example, if France finds out that their attempts to restrict social networks for minors fail because of the technological savvy of young people, they will not try other privacy restrictions on the internet. And before that, let's be on guard.
