From Kyiv itself, I watched with tension the approval of the key €90 billion loan for Ukraine. I am glad that Hungary no longer blocks the agreement and has managed to bring it through even with the groundwork for the 20th package of sanctions. Hopefully Europe will no longer be paralyzed when it comes to the security of the entire continent.
